Pillows, Pans and Particulate
PILLOWS
Pillows are used mostly to absorb leaks and drips that are too large for a pad. These multi-purpose items can also do the job of pans and pads, making them ideal for plant maintenance issues. Their large surface area makes for fast wicking and shortens clean-up time. Use them in tight spaces under machines and leaky hydraulic hoses and in cramped corners (See our HazMat section for yellow pillows).

DRIP PANS

Drip pans are a great method for catching and holding larger quantities of liquids. Universal (general purpose) pans fill completely. Oil-only pans have drains to release water so that they only capture petroleum-based liquids.

Pillow pans are similar to drip pans, however, the pillow can be replaced. Replacement pillows are sold separately.

ONION SACK PARTICULATE
In hard-to-reach places, such as deep sump holes, these sacks of chopped poly sorbents are the answer. Toss these bags of particulate into the hole of other awkward space. Then when it comes time to replace them, just hook onto the ring at one end of the bag to remove it.
